Changes to our payment terms, July 2009
Our payment terms have changed for all existing and new customers.
We thank our customers who promptly pay their invoices for services and goods.
However, sometimes this is not always the case for others, which is not sustainable for Gamson Gray to trade efficiently and in these circumstances we are now changing our payment terms.
Payment is required in advance prior to work commencing. For the convenience of our customers all orders can now be taken online via our website shop, using a debit or credit card or a PayPal account to make payment.
You can visit our online shop here: http://www.gamsongray.co.uk/shop/ and place orders securely online (via PayPal) as required for graphic design, print, photography, audio and video post production, and web design and support.
Payment on account for new and existing customers shall now only be granted following an application and subsequent approval. We reserve the right to refuse to provide payment on account. Where payment on account is granted, payment is required within 14 days of the date of issue of the invoice. Payment on account may be withdrawn at any time.
Invoice reminders are charged at £8 per reminder, with monthly compound interest applied on overdue invoices (backdated to the date the invoice was issued) at 9% above the current Bank of England base rate at the time the reminder is issued.
Where an account is in default this will be deemed a breach of our terms and conditions, with the account/services liable to be suspended until the account is settled in full. Additional charges may apply for work completed to reconnect the website or any associated work.
Our terms and conditions have been changed to reflect this alteration to our payment terms.
